Requirements
Senior manager experience 5 years; experience in ERP; good data handling and analysis skills: able to quantify flows, propose solutions and implement with strong controls on site.
Customer exposure experience: sense of compromise, reactive attitude
Rigorous to operate within SOP, issue plan, organize a team and its KPI to drive local teams according to National policy
Cost oriented decision maker: propose service, routes, inventory levels to reduce logistics costs.
Able to prepare budget, justify and follow it.
Bilingual English / mandarin. Able to negociate, report, train in both languages (oral, written)
Communicative to get valuable information and report necessary level of information to peers.

Practical experience in transport / warehouse will be appreciated.
Skilled in negotiation to work with suppliers, evaluate them
Innovative in environmental friendly + safe solutions, for handling, transporting
Team player with purchase and sales to work on a coordinated strategy and operate accordingly.
