Responsibilities:

Make and follow up purchasing order according to PR, and ensure materials on-time delivery.

Sourcing after sales parts from global vendors

Coordinate with SU and related Dept. to solve defective parts problem timely to keep the spare part availability in stock.

Deal with material NCR issues cooperating with Sourcing team

Supplier OTD statistics, Involved in suppliers performance assessment and improvement

Close collaboration with global purchasing group in AfterSales, Sweden (SEROP)

Close collaboration with purchasing group in CNAUS SU to achieve a more efficient purchasing in Robotics.

Daily collaboration with our order handler when it comes to stock situation, delivery times, etc.

Arrange special global logistics transfer from vendors to customer according to requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in international trading or related major
Familiar with import/export transportation & clearance procedure

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both oral and writing) - must
Good interpersonal communications skill
Good Computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (special in Excel)
Available working under time pressure
