Job Responsibilities:

Logistics

- Execute smoothly logistic activities (system/component import, domestic transportation of system/component) in a cost-effective and time-saving way.

- Monitor effectiveness of logistics processes and make changes while necessary

- Closely work with group logistics team in new agent selection, periodic audit and etc

- Secure the payment out for transportation and customs clearance related expenses; collect custom clearance docs for foreign currency payment

Packing

- Packing supplier site management to ensure on time and in quality packing

- Packing documentation preparation without deviation with physical goods

Warehouse Management

- Manage the warehouse to ensure timely GR/GI, inventory accuracy, daily operating in compliance with SOX and internal control rules

- Establish professional warehouse management process and system

- Warehouse team management

Job Requirements:

- bachelor degree or above

- 3 years or above experience in logistics or warehouse related fields

- Ability to operate SAP or ERP system

- Background of international trade, logistics, warehouse management.

- Skillful computer usage

- Good English and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing

- High proactive working style

- High sense of ownership and willing to take extra responsiblities

- Good team player and leader

- Good, analytical decision making and independent problem solving skills are mandatory requirements

- Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure of them

- Willing to travel in China occasionally
