Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Support Sales team for bidding project risk review and contract review.

Full responsible for project execution from contract signing till project close.

Identify project schedule based on signed contract and internal process

Monitor and control project activities to ensure the timely and qualified deliveries.

Control project cost and cash flow to fulfill the financial targets of every contract in line with approved budget.

Close communication with customer, OEM, ABB Switzerland and internal departments to keep project forwarding smoothly as the only interface for both commercial and technical.

Regular project report and forecast of financial results, quality statistics input.

Establish, maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction by setting expectations and providing the expected value in accordance with the contract to assure a smooth project including acceptance of project deliveries and timely payment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree (Engineering) or above

Minimum 5 years experience in project management in power or related field, PMP preferred

Good knowledge of international trade, contract law

Ability to operate SAP or ERP system(PS module)

Technical knowledge in electrical field is preferred

Experience in production project management is a plus

Project leadership experience of cross-functional teams, proof of record of successful projects is preferred.

Excellent communication skills and language skills (fluent communication in English)

Demonstrate good level of drive and ambition to lead projects and people.

High proactive working style

Excellent organizational interpersonal skills

Good team player

Good, analytical decision making, independent problem solving skills and conflict management are mandatory requirements

Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and work under pressure of them

Willing to travel in China occasionally
