Position：IE Supervisor


Task Description：



1.As interface between technical and production to transfer technical requirement and drawing to production. Compile process specification and SOP

2.Instruct daily production to assure assembly quality and align with process and order requirements. Lead process and quality problem solving happened in the shop floor. Support customer complaint solving

3.Tooling and fixture design. Participate in the new equipment assessment and
purchasing.


4. Support process audit and assessment during supplier development


5.Taking critical role in the new product development project to develop the process, tooling and control quality.


6. Lead and participate lean activities in the shop floor. 5S, Visual management, value stream mapping, Layout and logistics improvement.


Requirements：


Major: Mechanical Engineering or industrial engineering


Language：Good written and spoken English


Skills：Project management, lean production and problem solving, industrial engineering methods


Result-oriented, initiative, team work, good communication, change management


Experience: no less than 5 years experiences as the process engineer or IE engineer; knowledge and experiences for motor manufacturing process preferred
