Main Accountabilities
-Drive DMMG service marketing and service sales strategy setting up, implementation and compliance with PG and Country Service directives and guidelines.
-Drive, develop and harmonize the service operations within LPG
-Monitor the service performance of each company within LPG and provide related support. Drive each company within LPG to reach service target.
-Responsible for Satellite Service Workshops' set up and management.
-Assist the Manager in liaisons with the other corporate, Division, LPGs.
-Monitor warranty cases within LPG to ensure customer satisfaction. Feedback quality issues to factories for improvement.
-Support and work together with LPG management and PG service management team.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
-University Master degree, MBA
-Preferable Degree in Electrical machines, Electrical or Mechanics
-Fluent Mandarin and English
-Total 10 years experience , at least 5 years experience with success Management and 5 years maintenance of mechanical/electrical equipment in many functions in order to have the credibility.
-Leadership skills & experience: supportive, able to coach & motivate, multiple skills to work with different interface/functions, with strong business sense, willing to take challenges and with positive spirit.
-Action and result orientated, Relationship, Negotiations, Leadership, Customer orientation, Communicate effectively, Technical orientation, Problem solving, Team builder
