Job Description：



·Prepare R&D functional budget and follow up the budget, find out the root cause for the deviation. Set up the effective analysis tool to help R&D manager better control for the expense, to improve R&D productivity
·Support LPG controller to prepare reporting, measuring and analyzing of financials and key performance indicators on LPG level
·Cross companies Performance Analysis vs Budget, Forecast, Estimation. Follow up action plans from companies in LPG level
·Support LPG controller to play an active role withrespect to enhancement/ development of tools and financial models to improve business predictability
·Lean the accounting related process, support financial manager improve accounting team productivity
·Responsible for internal control in company level according to SOX requirement
·Trace and perform dashboard in company level.


Profile：


·Financial background, structured and result oriented with focus on processes
·Demonstrated analytical and cross-cultural communication skills with strong attention on detail
·Independent thinking and having a broader view
·Knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.), in SAP preferred (CO and FI modules)
·Demonstrated good problem solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time
·Education: Accounting and / or equivalent experience.
·Experience: > at least 5 years of relevant work experience in business control in JV or WOFE
·Fluent in English in speaking and writing
