Position Description:
The successful candidate will be a person who enjoys deliverables tracking and driving for process improvement.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English, the ability to create and sustain urgency, and a proven ability to lead large cross-functional communications & engagements across all levels and teams in the organization: R&D team, BU team, parts team, web teams.
1.Managing and tracking Service Readiness plan that takes into account all the Service requirements, milestones and deliverables associated with new hardware/software/service product releases.
2.Bridge GEO operational team and service team in terms of services readiness and preparation. Set up management system to improve communication efficiency and develop good relationship with GEO operational team.
3.Work with Think Services team for submit Service Group requirements into product teams and accomplish Service Readiness for each and every product and executing on the Service Readiness plan.

Position Requirements:
1.4+ years working experience in industry
2.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Computer Science, Technical or Business discipline, Engineering preferred
3.Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications:
Great oral and written communication skills are crucial
Contact center/Field service experience
Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in a cross functional environment
Bias for action and ability to juggle multiple projects
