Position Description:

Responsibilities

1、Social, consumption and fashion trends tracking/research

2、User understanding research

3、User survey/Usability test work with design team

4、Well cooperation with internal and other related team

5、Cooperating with marketing research company

6、Contribution for professional team building and Voice of Customer research system.

Position Requirements:

Working Experience

5 years or above working experience of trend research/user research/usability test in mobile device industry.

Conducted quantitative and qualitative research projects as a project leader or main researchers; Have strong capacity of digging out users’ potential needs through phenomenon, as well as finding user insights; High responsibility and high quality requirement for own work; A good communicator, could understand the project’s requirement easily; To insure that the conclusion is consistent with the actual situation of project.

Capacity requirements

Good at English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; English is the working language; Familiar with Office software, and SPSS statistical analysis.
