职位描述

Key responsibilities 重要职责
Assist on formulating multichannel marketing strategy and build up marketing plan for HCP education activities through multi-channel to support the overall China business objectives.
Ensure the successful implementation of all multichannel marketing activities towards HCP.
Explore new opportunities to enhance NN leadership in multi-channel targeting on HCP.
Build internal and external relationships.

Main job tasks 主要工作任务
1) Assist on formulating strategies and build up marketing plan for multichannel marketing activities in China, targeting on professionals.
Explore new e-marketing channels and models to support multichannel marketing strategy and strengthen NN leadership.
Monitor competitive landscape to identify business threats and opportunities and develop business strategies and plans to address them.

2) Develop operational plans for multichannel promotion covering full product pipeline, ensuring achieving overall business objectives.
Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies, and programmes that will effectively implement the e-marketing strategies and objectives.
Operate and optimized itangyi, Weibo and WeChat account, and 3rd party cooperation program, to meet business objectives.
Develop internal and external promotion materials, explore innovative broadcasting and education approaches, to increase e-marketing share of voice, expand education coverage, to strength NN market share and facilitate market expansion strategy.
Maintain an on-going and timely line reporting, ensuring up-to-date reporting on the performance and well-being of the team.
Ensure team compliance with NN policies, quality procedures, fundamentals, internal regulations and local laws.

3) Explore new business model and idea to expand HCP coverage and enhance loyalty through multichannel.
Design, execute and track the program to measure the opportunities.

4) Maintain and expand positive relationships with external parties, authorities and customers, to enhance the corporate image and making NN the preferred partner, in order to expand impact and enhance efficiency of NN initiated programs.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and affiliates to improve business performance.

Education 教育背景
·Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
·Fluency in both written & spoken English.

Experience 经验
·Above 3-year experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
·Min 3 years in sales or marketing functions
