职位描述

Job content (purpose of the job)主要工作内容
System: be responsible for putting forward user requirement and cooperating with IT to maintain SELAS system
Participate in SELAS system design
According to statements and analysis requirements, to regularly put forward requests to IT.
According to the strategy adjustment and the launch of new products, to participate in discussions on SELAS system changes and put forward requests to IT.
To collect problems concerning iPad application, and to solve them in cooperation with IT department

Communication: Be responsible for roll-out of sales strategies, sales policy and sales standard process to effectively implement in sales force
To thoroughly understand the sales strategies, sales policy and sales standard process, and communicate them to ABM, DSM, Rep and SSM via the existing communication platform
To uniformly plan the CYCLE, PRE-CYCLE and regional management meetings and to be responsible for developing contents and material for speeches
To organize pre-cycle and cycle
To organize workshop for each level of sales, especially for ABM, DSM
To prepare the training material train SSM to present in region management
To present in region management and collect the issue and information from regions
To make and update the sales standard process of all levels

Be responsible for SE initiated project & assisting the Strategic project
To assist New product Launch (Sales related)
To conduct analyses of the sales force size
To select Target cities, hospitals and doctors
To be responsible for the communication and formulation of launch procedures of new products
To conduct analyses of the new products’ sales target setting
To design the incentive plan for new product
To interpret annual strategy and develop tools to implement it
To adjust hospital targeting gradually

According to the given KPI, to track the performance of the sales team and submit KPI reports to HQ on a regular basis
According to the given KPI, to devise the report template
To formulate calculation standard process and develop related tools
To submit reports on a regular basis•

Required Education and Certificate (inimum requirements)
教育背景与资格证书要求(最低标准)
Relevant master degree, e.g. Pharmacy, IT or Business Administration
Fluency in both written & spoken English.

Required Professional Experience (minimum requirements)
相关经验要求(最低标准)
Min 2 years in the following functions: SFE, sales, marketing
Min 2 years experience in pharmaceutical industry

Specific personal and job related demands
