Job Description:
-Directs product development teams, lead project engineering efforts, risk management, manage project budgets and schedules.
-Develops proposals, and support business development and client interaction activities.

Job Requirement:
-Degree holder in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-Minimum 8 years' relevant working experience in mechanical design and project management for consumer, electrical or electronics products.
-Experience in medical/healthcare products is an advantage.
-Broad view and understanding of the product development process, and capable of effectively leading multi-disciplined team efforts in the evolution of products from concept through testing and validation.
-Solid understanding of manufacturing methods, project planning, and design controls is a must.
-Creative problem solving skills, sound knowledge of engineering principles, and knowledgeable about manufacturing processes.
-Good knowledge in mechanical engineering, such as properties of different materials, prototyping & rapid tooling, manufacturing of plastics & metals including tooling, molding, metal stamping, plating, painting, and assembly process.
-Good understanding and experience in tolerance analysis, process capability study, FMEA, FEA simulation and Concurrent Engineering approach, etc.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for product development are essential in leading our teams and clients.
-Experiences in using CAD software such as Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks.
-Good presentation and communication skills.
-Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin.
-Overseas travel may be required.
