职位描述
Principal Objectives:
1. Assist the Marketing Manager in developing, planning and implementing consumer engagement strategy with primary focus on CRM initiatives that will drive “high-touch” opportunities with consumers and CRM metrics according to brand strategies
2. Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing consumer lifecycle calendar and CRM programs to drive acquisition, cultivation, retention and reactivation by consumer understanding and market trends
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Marketing Manager to implement the customer acquisition, cultivation, retention and reactivation programs, namely the regular CRM programs, customer loyalty program and product bounce back programs
2. Provide monthly/regular tracking and analysis of CRM programs and metrics of customer data base and develop action plan to maximize business opportunities
3. Work closely with CRM agency to timely deliver proper analysis and evaluation report for all CRM programs and provide operational and strategic input for continuous improvement
4. Effectively manage CRM agency by providing accurate briefing template and reasonable timeline
5. Work closely with Sales, Training & Trade Marketing teams to ensure execution excellence of CRM programs at counters
6. Work with Sales and Training team to ensure the most efficient capture of customer information
7. Work closely with Corporate and Regional CRM team by providing and analysing information on key drivers behind campaign results, CRM communication channels analysis, and any other information on CRM program mix to improve CRM metrics
8. Develop and update Marketing Memo on campaign basis, and keep the whole team informed.
9. Develop and update CRM Memo upon the renewal of CRM programs and marketing campaigns, and keep the CRM agency and store operations informed.
10. Handle marketing printed matters such as direct mailers in CRM programs.
11. Coordinate and support new customer acquisition related matters in new door openings and special events etc.
任职资格:
1. University graduate with minimum 3 years experience in CRM related field. Experience in luxury and prestige industry related brand is a plus
2. Strong customer focus and knowledge in business. Proven CRM initiative and experience with successful campaigns
3. Excellent analytical skills, good time management, and attention to details
4. Fluent in English and Chinese
