Major Responsibilities:

Operate and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple Employee Service Center activities according to the standard SOP.

Principle Objectives:

1. Various HRIS systems (including but not limited to Oracle, E-approve system, E-commission, E-attendance, etc) POS employee master data input and maintenance;
2. Personal filing management and maintaining;
3. New employee orientation for sales team;
4. Periodically according to the requirements complete the relevant reports and analysis;
5. Prepare offer letter and salary increase letter for POS staff;
6. Annual Tax declaration （十二万申报）;
7. To ensure data one hundred percent correct and effective
8. First point of contact as ESC for Employee HR related enquiries;

9. Strictly follow the SOP and make sure 100% accuracy and on time;

10. Helps employee navigate online tools;
11. Understands scope of services. Investigates requests which cannot be resolved by analyzing the nature of the request and routing to appropriate HR representative for support.
12. Demonstrates excellent verbal/written communication skills to document cases in the case management system and communicate with employees via phone/email.

13. Timely communication with team leader, put forward reasonable suggestions;

14. All other duties assigned from time to time;

Qualifications:

1. University degree with at least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience preferably gains from employee service centre

2. Excellent interpersonal skill and good telephone manner with strong communication skills

3. Pleasant personality and positive attitude, responsible and committed

4. Strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details;

5. Good computer skill in Word/Excel/Power Point etc
