_{I.Primary purpose}

The Statutory Finance Manager will support Senior Statutory Finance Manager and be the “go to” person for all statutory financial management issues relating to the Coach China and Coach Asia entities under their supervision. He/she will take full responsibility for the production and integrity of the statutory financial accounts and will be a valued business partner to all business units in this focused and high-performing team. He/she will be responsible for production of monthly statutory reporting and reconciliations. He/she will work cross-functionally to monitor controls and key processes and to ensure continuous improvement. He/she will be responsible for managing all audit queries. Occasional international travel is required.

_{II.Key Responsibilities}

Monthly

· Manage monthly statutory reporting process for multiple Coach China and Asia entities

· Prepare statutory adjustment based on US GAAP report to explain key adjustment

· Prepare local GAAP actual and forecast reporting

· Prepare monthly income tax JE

Annual

· Coordinate the calculation of deferred tax with external advisor / Coach NY Tax

· Coordinate the calculation of corporation tax with external advisor

· Produce local GAAP annual reporting

Statutory Audit & Tax Filing

· Manage all statutory audit & tax filing queries for Coach China and Asia entities

· Be responsible for TPA adjustment calculation & coordination for year-end closing

Other

· Ad hoc analysis for Leadership team and project work, including some that is outside the remit of this role described above.

III. Key Stakeholders of this role

This position reports to the Senior Statutory Finance Manager of Coach Asia Shared Service Center and will work closely with other members of the Coach SSC Finance, Coach China and Coach Asia regional finance, as well as Finance, Tax and Treasury teams in Coach New York. The individual will also work closely with other business teams across Coach China & Coach Asia organization. He/she will need to be able to communicate well across different functions and cultures to achieve great results.

_{IV. Education & Experience}

· CPA or ACCA qualified

· With language requirement on English, Korean and Mandarin

· Strong working knowledge of International Accounting Standards

· Minimum 5 years working experience, with solid experience in Big 4 audit firm is preferred

· Detail-minded with excellent communication skills

· Self-motivated, flexible and performance-oriented; able to work independently under time pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

· Ability and willingness to see beyond the immediate remit of the role to drive team success.

· Tenacity and stamina consistently to drive process improvements that withstand pressure

· SAP knowledge preferable

· Advanced Excel skills

· Occasional international travel possible
