Job Responsibilities:

Product Development

1. Accountable for being as a result provider in assigned product development projects and change request projects. Work together with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure successful development

2. Accountable for the installation activities and deliverables are completed as per schedule and process

3. Support for the installation training of new component or installation method developed during the product development activities

Installation Development

1. Create and update installation instructions to ensure safe working methods for new, existing and full replacement products

2. Develop new installation methodologies for improving safety, quality and efficiency

3. Facilitate the local units for effective implementation of new and existing methods

4. Seek opportunity to develop and enhance usable installation tools and documentation

Safety and Quality Improvement

1. Perform and lead the quality improvement activities for assigned tasks

2. Carry out audits at factory, suppliers’ premises, and site and in local office for various quality activities, and produce its related reports

3. Initiate and follow through the change request for any installation improvement items

4. Carry out regularly, at least quarterly, safety audit and provide its related report

Installation Support

1. Deliver the consultation, including field support, method statement, and training, for the installation or non-standard components or products.

2. Involve in cost saving activities like localization of tools.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical engineering or relevant

2. 3-5 years’ installation experience, experience in elevator industry is preferable

3. Good communication skills, Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

4. Capability to use Microsoft office

5. Willingness to travel
