Responsibilities：

• To direct the timely completion and processing of all accounting/finance matters related to Plant. To manage statutory book reporting and accounting base on China statutory requirements, Chinese GAAP and US GAAP.
• Manage all tax and statutory matters at the plants and work with the company tax team for all taxes projects.

• Provide analysis to assist plant management to achieve KPIs and financial targets (including capex and productivity targets).

• To lead and coordinate the budget, forecast process, costing of products.

• To ensure expenses are appropriately approved and effectively & efficiently spent.

• To lead and develop the capability of the team to achieve company’s objectives and ensure team members are engaged.

• Manage and control all the bank accounts for the company and ensure the security of these accounts. Comply with local and US requirement on cash management such as cash flow, loan management, foreign currency management and banking regulations.

• To lead the strengthening of internal controls within the plant and assist in SOX testing and documentation.

• To initiate and implement the procedures /policies for closing, statutory book maintenance/reporting in line with the internal control’s requirement of the company.

• To co-ordinate effective communication between Plant Finance and other members of the Finance function and other functions of the company such as logistic, sales, marketing.

• To maintain harmonious relationship with bankers, tax authorities, auditors, other governmental authorities and overseas customers.

• To co-ordinate effective on BOD director meeting, meeting materials preparation, dividends payments.

• To support and lead ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.

Requires:

• Major in Finance/Accounting (bachelor or above)
• Training in managerial accounting
• CIMA, CPA is preferred

• 7 -8 years experience in Accounting / financial field

• At least 5 years financial management experience in a multinational company

• At least 5 years in a managerial role

• At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment

• Rich experience on financial analysis

• Excellent English (reading, speaking, writing) and PC skills

• Good personality and communication skills

• Independent

• Strong leadership

• Travel within China on quarterly meetings
