Support Global Customer Care process transformation, digital customer experience initiatives across Global
Operations
· Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the
following key transformational digital customer experience projects:
o GSA and VIP tailored customer care
o Revenue Generation at all levels of customer care
o Fee base support for Advanced TS - analysis and selective implementation
o Consumer support – alignment with DCE direction, design solution for SE, support pilots and implementation
in selected locations
· Defining clear project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities:
· Accomplishes human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and
communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and providing input to VP customer
regarding the job contributions of individual team members;
· Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and
reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service
standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements;
implementing change.
· Meets financial objectives of the project budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating
corrective actions.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different
requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

· lead the planning and implementation of projects
· facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
· define project tasks and resource requirements
· develop full scale project plans with countries
· assemble and coordinate project staff across countries and functions
· manage project budget
· manage project resource allocation
· plan and schedule project timelines
· track project deliverables using appropriate tools
· provide direction and support to project team
· quality assurance
· constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
· present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
· implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
· project evaluations and assessment of results.
