Synopsis:
As a Business Development Manager for study abroad program, you are responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business development of study aboard program

The role:

We are looking for a high caliber individual to join EF China’s fast growing Study Abroad Division. You will develop, coordinate and implement the sales and business develop efforts study abroad program to increase the presence in sales region, organize activities and events and grow the business.

You will:

Sales

• Sales target setting for each program and continuous follow up
• Develop and execute sales plans
• regular follow up and continuous improvements and optimization
• Business development, leverage resources within EF and other channels
• Being a sales role model for the team by closing sales

Business Development

• Plan, design and implement year-round business develop plan in region
• Competitor analysis, continuously follow and benchmark product offering, marketing, activities and campaigns.
• Active networking within EF Adult school to look for business opportunities and other collaborations

You have/are:

• Passion in the education industry
• Highly sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Positive mindset and “can do” attitude
• Strong leadership capabilities, ability to manage a sales team
• Entrepreneurial spirit, creative, attention to details and strong sense of ownership
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales and business development
• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
