General Purpose:

To provide excellent employee services by answering incoming calls from employees to take inquiries and questions, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints. Call centre service is covering full HR functions including benefit, payroll, training operation, HR systems and recruiting.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle employee inquiries by taking calls and respond to emails through PeopleLink

2. Provide solutions and consulting services by using available resources

3. Identify and escalate priority issues to level-2 agents

4. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

5. Manage and resolve customer complaints

6. Follow up customer calls where necessary

7. Complete call logs

8. Produce call reports

9. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferred in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years of experiences in HR

3. Good knowledge and understanding in overall HR functions

4. Call center working experiences a plus

Skills & Qualification

1. Verbal and written communication, phone skills, listening, data entry skills, people skills

2. Problem analysis and problem solving, customer service orientation, adaptability, team work, stress tolerance, attention to detail, professionalism, multi-tasking
