Purpose of the job:

-Answer customer service request via hotline in align with Schneider commercial policy.

-Fulfill service ordering process with commercial support to service execution engineer.

-Response Customer International Support business according Schneider commercial policy.

Responsibility:

1,Customer International Support

(1)As a correspondent, respond the international service which is received or sent out.

(2)Provide preferable solutions according commercial policy to meet customers’ requirement and satisfaction. Follow the progress of the international service until the service is complete.

(3)Collect and summarize the CIS issue, provide CIS monthly report.

2, Service Hotline Answering

(1) Answer after sales service request in hotline according commercial policy.

(2) Provide proposal or solutions to customer to manage their expectation and satisfaction.

3, Service Ordering & Reporting

(1) Create service order and dispatch it to regional execution center in SAP CS module to meet service response commitment to market.

(2) Create spare parts delivery order to support service execution process.

(3) Validate the service execution report and key in all timesheet and technical report in SAP to reserve all labor cost.

4, Service Sales Administration

(1) Provide all documentation and financial process support for all reactive selling service

(2) Legal and financial risk control in align with commercial, legal and financial policy.

Requirements:

1, Major in electricity or automation;

2 ,Above 2 years working experience;

3, Prefer to good understand and operate of SAP key functions especially in SD, CS;

4, Good communication, coordination skills;

5, Self-motivated, honest and reliable;

6, Customer-orientated, good pressure management skills;
