Position Specification:

For one-time handover inspection, the full time field quality engineer is needed in the branches with 350+ closing plan in year 2014.

- Internal Handover Inspection after elevator and escalator installation finished.
- Analyze the Handover quality, and support Branch or Region to improve Installation quality and to reduce the call back caused by installation quality.
- Collect and confirm quality feedback from job site.

Basic Accountabilities:

- Internal Handover Inspection after elevator and escalator installation finished.
- Prepare monthly report of Handover in each region and Branches in China.
- Analyze the Handover quality, and support Branch or Region to improve Installation quality.
- Share Positive and Non-conformance field findings with branch FOD&SVC.
- Collect and confirm quality TB/Callback from job site.
- Collect TBs for Pilot unit at job site, work closely with FTB team.

Key Measurements:

- 100% inspection for new installation units


Principle Working Relations:

- Sales, Installation, Service, Service sales, MOD, Finance, Engineering, all branches and etc.

Qualification Requirement:

- Experience: More than 3-5 years Relative working experience, Have rich experience on Elevator and Escalator Adjust, Installation, Maintenance.
- Computer Skills: good computer usage skills in office software
- Other Key Competencies: Have Quality assurance and Quality control background, have well problem analysis and handling ability. Have well communication skill with Customer, Have well Team-work spirit.
- Language: Have fluent English oral and written and reading
