Position Description:
"Organize and deliver core management programs; offer support to business functions on learning and development issues. Acts as the program manager organizing and coordinating management and leadership programs in Emerging Market, major tasks include:
-Introduce management & leadership program contents
-Build up and coordinate facilitator/trainer pool and resources
-Deliver talent/HR related topics/contents
-Training program management, quality control and follow up
-Provide support for designated division on talent management, learning & development issues;
-Design, develop and deliver HR related courses upon business needs."

Position Requirements:
"At least 5 years’ work experience, with minimum 3 years in learning and development area and in MNC environment
- Language: Be able to deliver programs in both English & Chinese
- Good facilitation and training skills, preferably with professional trainer experience
- Learning agility
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and team work
- Proactive, customer focus and dedicated to work"
