职位描述
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To manage the supply components related China business. Role will be required to execute supply chain disciplines to ensure the business can service the client’s customers to best of its ability and to achieve the aspirations and goals of the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
China Strategy
- Recommend, build and maintain supply chain strategies which ensure the efficiency supply of products to customers.
- Support the overall China strategy ensuring that the appropriate supply chain contribution is provided to allow strategy to be successful.
- Contribute supply chain expertise to the NPD process allowing for successful and timely launch.
Manage the supply forecasting cycle for China
- Conduct demand planning meetings with AP sales team.
- Monitor the demand timing cycle and ensure all aspects are conducted in timely fashion.
- Obtain signoff forecast process through the Asia SOP cycle.
Manage the planning of supply of finished goods for China, including products made in country China and imported.
- Master schedule requirements for China in country production.
- Master schedule requirements for imported goods into China.
- Master schedule key raw materials.
- Manage fluctuations in seasonal sales and constraints by ensuring appropriate stock builds are in place and achievable.
Manage the demand planning function for AP
- Conduct demand planning meetings with AP sales team.
- Monitor the demand timing cycle and ensure all aspects are conducted in timely fashion.
- Update demand planning tool and provide sales reports to the business.
Manage the procurement of finished goods (domestic & imported)
- Responsibility for 3rd party purchasing
- Responsible for vendor management and performance
- Manage and resolve poor vendor performance.
Manage the logistics related to delivering goods to market
- Responsible for the management of 3rd party logistics related to China.
Customer Service
- Responsible for the China customer service.
- Manage team to allow customers orders to be processed and service on time in full.
People
- Lead the team to ensure a work environment that encourages staff to perform at their full potential
Financial
- Responsible for contribution to China budget.
- Recommend, manage, and report on inventory policies across the company’s China business.
- Partner with finance to strive to achieve lowest cost to serve.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Tertiary qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain or Sales related areas;
With at least 5 years in supply chain management within the FMCG area;
Team management experience;
With solid business/technical Skills such as computing, negotiating, leadership, project management;
With strong SAP MM function experience;
Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
