职位描述
Responsibilities:
C&B Administration
? Manage overall C&B Operations such as salary and benefits administration, etc.;
? Implement budgeting guidelines, responsible for personnel cost budgeting, forecast and personnel cost monitoring & analysis;
? Responsible for administration of key C&B processes, i.e. payroll processes, leave, benefits, etc.;
Performance Management
? Ensure all appraisals are completed and returned to HR for review by appropriate due date;
? Keep proper record and report for Performance review;
HR Policy and Project
? Assist HR Manager to design new policies and update existing policies and procedures;
? Draft all HR related announcement, memorandum, and meeting minutes;
? Assist in delivery of HR projects and programs in line with Australian headquarter plan;
? Prepare monthly headcount, and safety report
Training and Development
? Deliver orientation training for new staff;
? Search and propose suitable training courses and agencies in accordance with training need analysis;
? Coordinate training administration and ensure all training are properly documented;
? Execute team building programs and staff activities;
? Deliver safety and related training
Requirements:
? At least 3 years HR Generalist role exposure, recruitment or training experience is preferred;
? Tertiary education is required, and overseas educational experience is a plus;
? Excellent English written and verbal skills;
? Logical and analytical;
? Can-Do attitude and team work spirit.
