职位描述
Objective of the position
To develop & grow assigned key account business within existing and new domestic key accounts through a standardized key account management template.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Sales performance
? To formulate and carry out the annual sales planning to achieve the target
? To grow volume, revenue & share in assigned accounts aligned with the strategy of business development
KA development & management
? To take on total customer account management, including sales forecast, supply planning, delivery, order handling and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability
? To drive the negotiation with KA for contracts and renewal
? To initiate the system for KA review & evaluation & analysis, incl. KPI
? To work out KA calendar with Marketing Team for sales performance
? To budget, track & monitor KA expense
? To plan and execute the activities & promotions with Marketing Team for GF brand & market share
? To work with Marketing Team for National KA in pricing, display, etc.
? To follow up A/R for healthy accounting management
? To build, maintain and improve the relationship with KAs.
? To help KAs plan annual agenda to benefit the business development
? To help KAs make development planning with data analysis to promote the sales
? Other activity for KA development & management;
Experience :
? Bachelor Degree or above
? 8 years and above of sales experience, FMCG experience preferred with above 5 year KA management skill
? Multiple channel sales experience preferred
? Familiar with modern trade and/or industrial channel is preferred
? In-depth knowledge and experience in sales module;
Technical Skill :
? Good communication, presentation and coordination skill
? Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills
? Strong selling and negotiation skills
? Solid pragmatic thinking and problem solving skills
? Independent, proactive and team player
? Capability of customer management
? Good command of English language skill.
