Bachelor degree in Food area or above

Good knowledge of quality systems (ISO9001, HACCP and GMP standards)

Ability of English both in written and spoken

Basic computer skills (word, excel and PowerPoint)

Deep comprehension of biscuit producing process

At least 5 years working experience in quality of food industrial, and with minimum 2 years in management role

Experience or knowledge of bakery is plus

Be familiar with GMP & HACCP process

Clear knowledge of ISO9000 system

Strong management & communication skills

Good computer skill and basic English communication skill
