职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Direct sourcing new supplier, organize and monitor qualified supplier’s audit and evaluation in order to select competitive supplier and to strength the supply chain management
2. Train buyer’s and SQE daily job in order to meet daily job requirement,check buyer’s daily work and draft company purchasing document in order to make procurement activities
3. Organize the parts marketing survey, benchmark market, organize and implement and cost reduction activity in order to attain competitive price to make cost low
4. Coordinate with plan, supplier and warehouse, monitor buyer to follow up parts change in working instruction, new model parts in order to meet production plan and to follow up daily plan and keep the minimum stock
5. Monitor and manage all purchasing at the procurement section level, by implement management innovation and organize purchase improvement activity inorder to make purchasing efficiently
6. Coordinate supplier, engineer, QA, Planner in order to ensure the parts confirmed by engineer, claim from QA get settlement
Requirements
1.Years of experience: 8 yrs purchasing, 3 yrs as manager;
2.Industry experience:metal / textile / plastics;
3. Both direct and indirect materials procurement experience;
4. Strong domestic sourcing and with some overseas sourcing as well;
5. Strong English capability.
