Responsibilities and key activities:
1. Collect, consolidate benefit data from all units for standardization e.g. government required benefits, supplemental medical insurance, transportation/meal/housing related allowance etc.
2. Work with HRIS data or payroll officers to get employee registration into relevant benefits programs in time and de-registration of employees appropriately when employment was terminated
3. Work with benefits vendors regarding benefits claim processing problems. Review claims process for continuing improvement, and ensure all required forms and legal documents are supplied
4. Co-ordinate with benefits vendors and related parties to administrator FL supplemental medical insurance
5. Answer employee questions regarding interpretation of benefit policies. Assist employees with problem resolution.
6. Research and prepare reports for management on benefit issues as assigned, keep abreast of changes that impact plan administration, and prepare employee benefit program communication materials to support C&B managers to formulate employee total reward strategies. Also ensure employees are informed of benefit program.
7. Review and compare benefits programs; makes recommendations for changes or revisions in plan, policy or forms.
8. Responsible for annual benefits budget planning and make monthly reports on the benefits spending of various programs for C&B manager review and approval of benefits payment request
9. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Requirements:
1. College / University Degree
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and PC skills
3. Good command of English
4. Around 2 year working experience in HR related field
5. Must be independent thinker who has the ability to make decisions and recommendations for change based on own judgment and reasoning.
6. Ability to understand and use technical and associate resources available throughout the company to gather information and assist in facilitating implementation of benefits programs.
