职位描述
1. Purpose of the role
Develop both consumer tissue and AFH tissue business in Greater China to cope with the increased business ambition, regarding NPDs, coordination with GHS/ GHC on product feasibility and technical support.
Fulfil the tasks related to the quality improvement of the overall products from OEMs.
2. Main accountabilities and responsibilities (max. 10)
? Support BU growth and cost saving projects, e.g. localization of scents/ ingredients substitutes
? Secure alignment with R&D Core, Technology and Manufacturing (Suppliers) - tissue upgrade/ Hanky cotton constellation
? Support NPDs development on feasibility and spec
? Support product test and communication with Europe lab – global and local NPDs, competitors new launches
? Support product packaging design and manufacture – limited designer pack editions/ globalization of packaging project
? Support new product trial run with OEM manufacturing – 3 ply hanky, new printed tissue, wet wipes
? Create and Maintain all specific area product data catalogue and update – e.g. formula card, SKU spec
? New line/ machine set up, coordination with GHS for technical support
3. Experience and qualification requirements
? University Degree in Business or related subject;
? 5-7years relevant experience in MNC FMCG industry;
? Tissue making experience (both mechanical and chemical)
? Good communication skills with Global teams
? NPD exposure
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
