职位描述
一． 生产管理:Production management
1. 生产计划：根据订单需求，安排生产计划，保质保量地完成生产任务并统计当班生产计划的执行状况与
下班次领班交接并报告于生产经理
Production plan: arrange the production plan according to the PO demand and guarantee and quality
and quantity of production task and count the quantity produced during his shift and forward it to next
shift leader, report to plant mgr as well.
2. 生产运行：负责班次生产运转和CCR操作，合理安排每日生产秩序；
Operation: responsible for whole production running and CCR operation, reasonable arrange daily
production order.
3. 生产改进：对改善车间工艺、设备状况、环境状况，促进生产效率的提高等方面的问题，应经常向生产
经理提出意见、建议及改善的方法；Production improvement: suggest to plant mgr. for technics,
equipments, environment and efficiency enhancement and so on.
4. 生产记录：初审各生产岗位的生产报表；
Production records: pre-audit for all the daily production report
二． 人员管理与培训 Personnel management and training
1. 人力协调：协调各岗位工作，合理调配人力；
Human resource allotment: reasonable assignment to blanance each position
2. 员工培养：负责所属生产技术员的素养提升，其KRAs PMP的直接辅导；
Employee coach: responsible for personal growth of each one in his shift, directly coach their KRA setup
and PMP evaluation.
3. 技能培训：月度安全教育与现场实地的操作技能指导。
Skill training: monthly safety training and operation skill coach on site.
三． 其他 Others
负责日常生产安全和品质，异常状况及时上报生产经理。
Responsible for daily production safety and quality, report to plant mgr. in time for abnormal condition
