职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Lead in setting category business strategy, delivering P&L targets, developing and implementing sales, marketing, and innovation plans to drive growth and deliver business results;
? Act at a high level to develop and implement market and business development strategies for the category in China; have strong focus on business plan, delivering results, efficiency;
? Is capable to identify new opportunities, developing new strategic partnerships with crucial stakeholders inside and outside of the company in driving business results;
? Have strong understanding and management of the evolving market conditions, and team structure that can capture business potential for the company’s growth strategy for the China market;
? Take the lead on managing the strategies and relationships so the company is kept abreast of market opportunities and business development;
? Manage the P&L of the category, forecasting and budgeting for the category.
? Develop product portfolio, pricing strategy, emerging organization structure and evolving business models for brand positioning, distribution, and growth trends in the China market;
? Lead the team to prioritize business initiatives, in determining brand and innovation development portfolio for the category in China in order to capture market and business potential;
? Develop and drive the firm's long and short term revenue growth strategies;
? Develop category sales & marketing plans for different channels & segments
? Able to build high performing commercial organizations, mobilize, and energize the teams to make the difference; with demonstrated experience in organizational design and performance management;
? High level of cultural understanding, with capability in building and leading high-performing teams to help the company build a team for sustainable growth in the region.
? Track record in leading the teams in finding and managing customers, launching and marketing of products and brands, improving margins, sales & profit for the assigned category.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills
? Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills;
? Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and staff;
? Have oversight of a number of different projects at different stages of development;
? Need excellent project management and time management skills;
? Capable of communicating fluently in both English and Mandarin;
Personal Qualities
? Strong leadership qualities are essential for this role;
? You must be able to inspire and motivate people to drive the business forward and achieve the company’s business objectives;
? Combine these qualities with strong organizational skills;
