职位描述
POSITION OBJECTIVES
To complete sales management in the assigned territory: end customers development, distributor development, team development, dispenser management of specific brand of products for the Away-from-home channel.
KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
? Implement AFH Go-to-Market approach.
? Develop Sales team
o Careful recruitment and replacement
o Trainings, including OJT and joint visits,
o Strict control of the team performance, empowerment aligned with capabilities.
? Develop End Customers
o Through own activities for the most important ECs
o Through team activities
o Via distributors
? Develop Distributors
o Regular evaluation of existing distributors
o Mapping of all relevant distributors on the territory, careful assessment and recruitment of new distributors
o Development of distributor sales through joint sales visits with distributor’s sales force, promotion activities. Undertake other activities aiming at winning distributor’s share of mind for the company’s products and hence increasing loyalty and the product sales.
o Ensure comprehensive joint business plans are in place, and reviewed monthly
o Develop strong relationships with the distributor management and sales force to ensure the company’s products are the first choice when external end customer business is being developed.
? Ensure accurate sales forecasting and supply planning, both on individual distributor level as well as total territory level.
? Ensure system selling, upselling and other mix improvement activities are properly done.
? Facilitate cooperation between distributors and supply chain, to ensure accurate order placement, order handling, delivery, and payment follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction and the product’s profitability
? Plan and implement required sales activities to achieve defined targets
? Anticipate customer needs and respond in a timely manner to all requests.
? Handle customer complaints responsively to ensure that they are closed satisfactorily and seize the opportunity to strengthen customer relations and generate new sales.
? Timely and correctly input information into CRM, ensure that the team does the same
Collect, analyse and report competitive activity incorporating findings into a strategic response in the marketplace
QUALIFICATIONS
? Mature personality who has the ambition to build and lead the team to achieve excellent performance in the key Chinese region.
? Eager and passionate in working and developing him/herself in a fast growing entrepreneurial MNC with good learning capabilities to embrace the challenging environment.
? Willing to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
? Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
? Possess solid presentation skills
? Team player, able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross functionally to support sales efforts
? Degree qualified in business, marketing or similar
? In-depth knowledge and experience in sales module, B2B module is preferred.
? Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin, CET 6 and above.
? Good presentation and communication skills;
? More than 5 years sales experience in multi-national corporation is preferred.
