Job Description

1. Job Objectives:

- Offer management for Signaling Arrow Range including O2, EOL, light track PEP etc.

- PEP project marketing for Arrow Range offer evolution

- Country Support for Japan Signaling business growth.


2. Job Subjects:

Language : fluent Japanese , English / Chinese

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years work experience in automation and product marketing field


4. Job Responsibilities:Describe discretion and authority for decision-making.

Decisive subjects by oneself (No necessary of an approval by a superior)

Subjects that require an approval by a non-direct superior

5. Quantitative Data: Describe data of amount of money (example: sales, budget, expense etc.) and other data (example: number of subordinates, customers and business etc.) that you can show your amount of duties.


6. Major Accountabilities: Select 5 to 9 main performances that your position is expected to produce, and place them in the order of importance.

1.Manage Arrow range of Signaling to ensure all the marketing activity in align with Schneider Marketing process.

2.Provide marketing deliverables in the offer evolution projects for Arrow Range

3.Support the country sales and marketing and act as the link between Signaling Marketing team with Japan team.
