JD：

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the consistency and lead the industrialization of new PMP OCP projects (Respect KPI: product cost, resources and budget, quality, planning) for Energy electromechanical product

2. To analyze the marketing inputs & check through simulations the feasibility of the project objectives

3. To orient the product concept and technical choices towards the solution of meeting required quality, easy manufacturability, most competitive product cost & lead time, starting from the anticipation through PMP phases

4. To define the global supply chain in collaboration with industrial strategy team, purchasing & logistics of distribution and estimate the product cost for the different options

5. To lead and ensure industrialization deliverables according to PMP procedure

6. To create good communication with target plant and cross-functional team

7. To lead industrialization team co-engineering with RD team from the earlier PMP stage and continuously contribute Indus. value to Project core team

8. To manage the manufacturing process qualification in collaboration with Manufacturing in order to prepare a successful industrial transfer to the plant

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree above in Engineering or technical;

2. Preferable 8 years (min. 5 yrs) industrial experience with 3 years Industrialization project management experience;

3. Background in Electrical Distribution, Cubicle assembly and electromechanical Products;

4. Knowledge in Product Design for manufacturability, industrialization process development and Metallic Tooling Technologies;

5. Financial background to propose the most economic manufacturing process & investment;

6. Familiar with Energy VCB(vacuum circuit breaker), Cubicle, RM6,SM6,SGCC is an added advantage;

6. Fluent in Chinese & English. (French is an added advantage).
