职位描述
Responsibilities
1、Execute the activities stipulated in the brand plan to ensure brand objectives are achieved.
2、Analyze and report marketing research data to ensure brand issues are recognized and corrective action identified.
3、Monitor and report brand expenditure to ensure that spending is within the authorized brand plan.
4、Monitor external agencies to ensure projects are well-handled and on-time delivery.
5、Apply best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.
2、Above 5 years of progressive sales or marketing experience, FMCG experience preferred
3、Good Knowledge of Marketing processes and systems (Product/ Brand Development, Consumer/ Trade promotion, Advertising & Creative, Brand P & L Management, Value & Pricing Management, Trade Marketing, Packaging, Media Planning/ Development)
4、Good Knowledge of other relevant processes and systems (Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution)
5、Good knowledge of Consumer Insights/Market research
6、Good in Agency leadership
7、Basic Total System Economics
