Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent该职位主要职责

· Support training or development program with excellence of execution including logistics preparation, course coordination and post-training follow-up. Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to ensure smooth implementation of training activities.

· Support annual training operation, including training needs collection, training master plan consolidation & maintain, training record summary and generate relevant report for analysis from CHRIS & OD Training System

· Maintain and update training material & trainer database

· Track training budget. Timely update the training budget of each cost center base on training plan. Timely process payment. Provide Budget Tracking Report on monthly basis for analysis.

· Owner of training room, OD warehouse and library. Keep the places clean, make sure all the training equipment is in good way, regular track and maintain. Record the In / Out goods of warehouse.

· Other task related to training & development project

Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求

· College diploma or above, proficiency in English and good command of Microsoft Office

· At least 1 year working experience,with training related is preferable

· Good communication & working in careful, organized, proactive, responsible way
