负责管理河北区域的CACHE CACHE店铺, 居住在石家庄应聘者优先考虑
Responsibilities of PSM
1) 确保区域内直营店、加盟店的销售工作顺利进行！销售指标的100%完成！Make sure the daily work of shops goes well and complete the sales target.
2) 根据年指标，负责区内销售团队的组建、培训！Responsible for rebuilding and training sales team according to yearly target.
3) 对公司各项方针、政策、标准、流程在直营店、加盟店的执行情况负责。Responsible for implementation status of policies, standard, procedure carried in branch shops and partner shops.
4) 确保加盟客户按质、按时地实现店铺工作计划。Make sure the partners finish daily work of shops well and in time.
5) 对自营店、加盟店的销售任务、培训结果、陈列状况负责。Responsible for sales assignment, training results and display in branch shops and partner shops.
6) 对周边市场需调研的内容准确性负责，同时维护好商场招商关系。Responsible for exact content of the Market investigation and maintain friendly relationship with staffs of hypermarket.
要求：
1、5年以上相关服装品牌零售管理经验
2、年龄26周岁以上
3、沟通能力强
4、可以频繁出差
5、大专以上经验
