Job description:
Nanjing Norman Biotech Ltd is seeking highly innovative scientists to join the expanding team in our R&D center. We focus our efforts primarily on the development of therapeutic antibodies and diagnostic reagents based on target and biomarker discovery. The candidate should have strong scientific background in immunology, molecular biology or cell biology. The qualified candidate should be able to quickly gain a good understanding of the scientific rationale for multiple projects and will excel at creative thinking and problem solving. The successful candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and hard-working in a team environment. Norman offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.


Qualification:
1. PhD/MD in immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology or cell biology. Postdoctoral research training is preferred.
2. A proven track-record of high quality research publications.
3. Strong interest in translational biomedical research.
4. Solid knowledge and skills at protein/antibody generation,purification,characterization and analysis.
5. Hands-on experiences in phage display of antibody libraries, hybridoma technology and DNA/RNA technology.
6. Experimental mouse or histology technology is a plus.
7. Experiences in (clinical) diagnostic reagents including POCT strongly desired.
8. Industrial experience with antibody-drug discovery, small-molecule compounds or molecular diagnosis is preferred.
9. Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
