Requirement:

· Bachelor degree and major in mechanical & electrical engineering or equivalent. (If experienced in the similar industry, junior college is acceptable)

· 5 years similar industry experience and at least 2 years supervisor or equivalent experience.

· Knowledge of process control

· Knowledge of quality control

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing

· Teamwork spirit, self-motivated, task driven, high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility

· Good communication ability of Mandarin, good ability of written and reading English

· PC skill

· Royalty

Responsibility:

· Supervise CMX production team.

· Make and implement individual training plan, appraise the individual’s skill regularly to ensure their behavior complying with the requirement of process and company regulations, make sure their skill develops continuously, implement individual performance assessment as required.

· Plan, arrange and manage production to ensure production plan is fulfilled and also ensure on time delivery.

· Take continuous efforts to improve CMX production efficiency and quality as well as production processes.

· Control the manufacturing cost; control department expenses such as raw material utilization and overtime to reduce production cost, make sure expenses are under budget

· Perform TPM to CMX equipments and machineries regularly and make sure all the equipments are in good condition.

· Repair non-conforming machines including those returned from front line, and make necessary analysis on the fault for taking corrective and preventive action.

· Maintain production information into SAP timely.

· Supervise and maintain good order and discipline in workshop.

· Report production status.
