主要职责

·To assist Boutique Manager to achieve both sales and non-sales objectives of the boutique

·To assist Boutique Manager to operate the store through superior customer service, sales management, professional selling and effective staff management.

·To assist Boutique Manager to Increase sales and improve results through creative and effective use of all resources

·Provide overall orientation to the team and maintain staffs morale

·To provide direct sales supervision and service monitoring in selling floor

·To take care of shop sales and daily stock management

任职要求

·Bachelor degree or above preferred

·Minimum 6 year working experience in luxury retail, or other relevant industry, of which 2 years at a managerial position

·Professional experience in Ready to Wear, Watches or Jewelry will be an advantage

·Hands-on and hard working

·Strong customer service skills and passion in the industry

·Good at business analysis and plan execution

·Excellent team player, with a proactive, self-starter mind set
