职位描述
工作职责:
1、渠道开发:了解当地市场渠道资源,根据公司策略筛选渠道。
Channel development: Know well the local market and channel resources, to select right channel according to company strategy.
2、渠道管理:指标量化,制定渠道管理计划并有效实施,正确评估渠道能力,协调渠道之间的利益冲突
Channel Management: Make the management plan for channel and to ensure the plan implemented effectively , To correctly evaluate channel’s ability, coordinate the conflict of interest for channels.
3、渠道支持:为渠道提供指导与支持,提高市场竞争能力
Channel support: to provide the support and guidance for channel, improve the market competitive.
4、渠道综合能力评估与销售策略执行:关注渠道动态,有效引导渠道按照公司的方向发展
Channel’s evaluation and execution of sales’ strategy: Manage and concern channel’s status, keep the channel develop along with company strategy with effective guidance.
5、市场信息反馈:利用渠道,准确了解客户的需求,把握市场动态
Market feedback: Accurate understanding of customer needs through channel, To grasp the market dynamics.
6、艾德玛品牌在所在区域的推广
Edmac products’ extension in local area.
工作经验要求
1、熟悉机电或压缩机行业,具有3年以上机电或压缩机零配件和服务产品的实际销售经验
2、在机电或压缩机行业有渠道管理经验的优先录用
3、在机电或压缩机行业具有营销资源关系的优先录用
知识和教育水平要求:
专科及以上学历,机电、机械工程等相关专业
个人能力要求:
1、工作认真负责,肯吃苦耐劳,能承受工作压力
2、有进取心,自律,结果导向型
3、熟练操作电脑
4、良好的语言表达能力,善于沟通
5、具有较强的独立业务开拓及团队合作意识
6、具备一定的市场分析策划和培育能力。
6、适应经常出差。
