Position Description:
Introduction:
This People Manager position manages Global Supply Management Team, mainly focused on securing timely/sufficient supply to support customer order, take preventive action to minimize business impact. Responsible for worldwide shortage allocation and rebalancing, reduce global excess.

Responsibilities:
1. Close interaction with GCM/Demand Planning term and suppliers to ensure timely/sufficient supply to fulfill customer order, execute supply strategy to ensure certain level of buffer stock secured to ensure flexibility & serviceability
2. Critical supply issues focus and global supply allocation and rebalancing.
3. Supplier performance measurement and improvement.
4. Global E&O material management, ensure managed effectively.
5. Coach and Motivate Team

Position Requirements:
Experience:
1. University Degree 5-7 years’ working experience.
2. A University Degree in International Trade/Supply Chain Management discipline with At least 5 years of purchasing/sourcing experience will be preferred.

Skills Required:
This position will require a strong problem-detecting & solving skill. The candidate will use their knowledge & vast experience to determine when a shortage will require global allocation and rebalancing. Focus on solving critical issues with closer communication, strong push with suppliers. Escalation point for GSM for related demand/supply issues. Support team to solve daily critical business issue if a leading role of this level.
