Position Description:
Job Summary:
1. Establish annual objectives and strategy plan for IT global sytem operation，assist to design annual and three-year strategic plan for global application operation.
2. Establish and enhance the regulations, processes, tools and technical standards of IT global application system operation and continuous keeping eyes on the best practice of back end application operation model & methodology.
3. Lead the IT operation team to provide stable, user-friendly and end-to-end IT application systems by professional and efficient global IT operation service with great competitive ability for business enablement.

Key roles & Responsilbilties
1. Assist to design annual and three-year strategic plan for global application operation. Establish annual strategy plan for IT global application sytem operation.
2. Lead the team to achieve the back-end application operation, including to provide full support for daily issues and incidents resolution, fulfill Service Request (SR) and complete functional enhancements, design the system architecture of non-strategic platform and implement projects and optimize performance and application functionality.
3. Build a professional IT operation team to fulfill Lenovo IT operation service requirements, set up and improve continuously the technical standard and process for finance application operation.

Position Requirements:
Desired Skills&Qualifications:
1. Management Skill:with the operation management and vendor management experiences in MultiNational Corporation, 5 years or above management experience, oversea working experience preferred
2. Qualifications & Experience:A bachelor degree in IT related disciplines,Experience and knowledge in IT application operation e.g,ITLE,etc.,deep understanding of finance operation
3. Communication : Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,Teamwork at the highest levels. Plan and conduct complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.Analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess opportunities, impacts and risks.Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and supervisory skills.
