Our client is a leading multinational company in the FMCG industry. To support the rapid business growth and organizational growth, they are looking for a Medical Professional Manager for the assigned category with the following responsibilities and required qualifications.
POSITION DUTIES
? Develop Professional Marketing Strategy and business plan;
? Build up and maintain the strategic partner relationship with government authority, related associations, and KOL;
? Establish the assigned brand’s brand equity and endorsement together with disposable diaper usage among authorities, public and opinion leaders;
? Provide consultancy of incontinence care to China consumers/customers;
? Define blue print of medical PR campaign in budget process;
? Encourage Chinese government authorities in promoting incontinence training toward medical professionals, hospitals workers, and consumers;
? Establish and empower incontinence related associations KOL in promoting public awareness of quality care;
MAIN TASKS
1. Establish for the assigned brand its China Professional Communication blueprint;
2. Identify the KOL network, Establish action plan and pursue the assigned brand medical connection in the most effective way;
3. Set up KPIs including no. and type of assigned brand awareness/endorsement programs with defined authorities in the time frame;
4. Support the assigned brand’s incontinence care training toward product specialists, trades, distribution partners, and people who need to have such knowledge in the business;
5. Acquire feedback and support from key opinion leaders and authorities about the executed programs;
6. Constant review the effectiveness of awareness programs on regular basis;
7. Define resources to ensure and secure define activities and program in the budget process on annual basis.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
? Success of awareness/endorsement programs and achievements of define objectives;
? Recommendation% among professions;
? Brand Awareness(TOM) among professions;
? Quality and numbers of Chinese authorities and associations, KOLs in the connection;
? On time delivery of programs according to the action plan;
? Training program coverage among targeting group(new add in);
? Secure A&P efficiency and budget according to defined business plan;
? Set up tracking KPIs for China Professional Works for the assigned brand to drive business focus;
? Acquire feedback and competences from the assigned brand’s team in China.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
Functional skills:
? Solid background from healthcare/hospitals for at least 3 years;
? Medical doctor degree holder/ or senior registered nurse;
? Proven track record in building connection with hospital authority, related government bureau, and non-profit organizations;
? Familiar with PR, education, and communication activities in healthcare;
? Familiar with long term brand equity management toward professionals;
Personal skills:
? Team player and good interaction with other functions;
? Self-starter, proactive communicator;
? Creative thinking, fast learner;
? Good people skills and connection skills;
? Structured and able to work independently;
? Willing to take initiatives in exploring new solutions;
? High personal integrity;
Management skills:
? Fluent in English, good interpersonal and presentation skills;
? Able to play active role in public awareness and education programs;
? Experience in working with PR agency will be a plus;
? Familiar with establishing network of contact in the medical society and with medical professionals.
