Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
Prepare the routine sales reports and data analysis reports upon line manager’s or other functionaries’ requirements. Participate in the projects support. In addition, provide data analysis assistance and get involved in any assignment to drive sale force effectiveness and realize the team’s objective.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
- Complete the sales declaration by complying with SOP developed.
- Support CRM system in daily maintenance , upgrade, communication and SF coaching,
- Help in ETMS system data maintenance, coordinate the monthly change management process for BUs.
- Perfect the report template as well as ensure its timely delivery and get back
- Check the data accuracy and upload to ETMS system correctly
- Support BU projects
- Communicate with the sales force to make them understand the change policy
Key Performance Indicators / Measures of success
(Indicate how performance for this role will be measured)
? Support in CRM & future ETMS system smoothly performance
? Deliver sales declaration report with accuracy monthly
? Timely delivery monthly reports with accuracy by monthly
? Support in data warehouse set up and maintenance
? Fully supports any other data analysis or tasks to ensure team’s objective are reached and sales force effectiveness are enhanced.
Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
Education : Bachelor degree, Computer Science or related background is a must
Languages: Prefer with Fluent English in reading and writing
Experience: Prefer with experience in SFE or sales administration in pharmaceutical or relevant industry
Key Competencies: Excellence in Office especially in Excel(including VB), PowerPoint, Access DB
