Job Descriptions:

Trainer
? Design generic training materials based on TNA / Bsuiness requirements
? Deliver generic training to FL staff
? Support business functions to develop, upgrade training materials and provide progessional suggestions to function trainers to enhance training effectiveness

Learning Consultant
? Independently develop proprosals of the competency development projects based on business & organization needs
? Manage/coordinate competency development projects/events and work on follow-up actions for continous improvements based on evaluation and observation.

Coordinator
? Facilitate key leadership program from FL and Global
? Support Competency Development Team in coordination and admin of various training programs when needed (preparation, communication, venue booking & setup, signin, evaluation and follow up activities and payment)
? Maintains strong connections with other training and /or HR colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
? Other assigned works

Job Requirements:

? Minimum 4 to 6 years of professional experience in HR / Learning Management
? Excellent level of English Proficiency
? A degree from College (e.g. Bachelor’s degree)
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? General knowledge in Adult Education
? Knowledge and understanding of mentoring, facilitation and coaching
? ELearning/virtual training knowledge and skills required
? Basic photoshop skills required
? Proficient in Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
