?Through remote monitoring compressors’ running date to support
predict service maintenance based on real running hours to satisfy our customers
proactive aftermarket sales to improve sales efficiency to improve CTS business
?Assist Operations business line manager to implement projects in planning centers

Job Description
?Report to Operations BLM, understand & implement Smart Link strategy to support business development on both aftermarket and machines.
?Set up a monitoring room, standardize compressor remote monitoring procedure, and be responsible for monitoring room operations
?People management in monitoring room, including training, coach and performance evaluation.
?Support to optimize service operational process based on the running data analysis
?Cooperation with marketing team for marketing analysis
?Support to change sales behavior from target driven to sales leads driven.
?Train and support customers & distributors on Smart link using
?Follow up projects implement in planning centers

Experience

1-3 years relevant experience

Compressor service experience is a plus

Knowledge

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word ,Excel and PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Lotus Notes software applications is a plus.

Personal requirements

Must be self-directed, have a positive attitude, and be customer-service oriented.

Must also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.

English spoken & written is a must.

工作内容

· 建立空压机远程监控中心和运行流程，并负责其日常运行。

· 负责远程监控员工的管理，包括了培训、日常工作的指导和业绩的评估。

· 基于空压机实际运行数据的分析，支持服务运作优化服务流程。

· 协助市场产品专员通过运作数据进行市场调研

· 支持销售行为从指标驱动向商机驱动的转变

· 培训和支持客户、代理商使用Smart Link产品

· 跟进派工中心的项目推广
