Responsibilities:
1. Support P&O Manager in designing, deploying and delivering people and organization initiatives, direction to align the business objectives
2. Facilitate the key employment-related deliverables, cycles or processes, including HC management, recruitment, probation review, contract review, C&B management, exiting management, ect.
3. Play the role of an in-house consultant and facilitator for business leaders on other people related queries, issues, changes, transitions etc , which include but not limited to the following aspects:
＊ Talent review and management
＊ Performance review and management
＊ Employee communication, engagement, motivation and retention, rewards and recognition
4. Proactively serve as the “eyes and ears” of management with respect to employee moral and attitude, provide active solutions to address associates needs and concerns
5. Continuously review, improve and optimize current working process and procedure to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
6. Support P&O Manager in facilitating P&O projects or initiatives, such as Sales Trainee Program, Sales Supervisor Camp Program, Engagement Program, ect.
　
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Minimum 4 years of working experiences, with 3 years in Human Resources or Personnel function with good HR sense and knowledge;
3. Familiar with business operation of FMCG company;
4. People-oriented, a good counselor and team player;
5. Good planning, priority setting, follow-up & execution capabilities;
6. Self-motivated, proactive, able to work under pressure and with sense of responsibility;
7. Proficient English user, both in writing and speaking;

Remark: this position is an one-year temp position.
