Position Description:
Job responsibility:
1. In charge of the preparation of budget and the analysis of input and output of the research and development department. Construct the budget allocation control principle and project system.
2. Use economic and finance knowledge to give advice on investment based on full understanding about the research and develop operation of the company.
3. Thoroughly analysis the value and return on research and develop programs, reveal the will of investment in order to attract more funds from the government/venture capital/bank.
Position Requirements:
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree. Have computer science related Bachelor (computer, electronic, communication engineer, etc.). Have economics and management related Master. Fluent in English. Overseas experience is preferred.
2. More than 3 years’ working experience. Experience in consult company is preferred.
3. Quick search ability on information, presentation &communication skills, active learner, team work ability.
